Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup white rum (optional)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Garnish: Fresh blueberries, strawberry slices, lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare Frozen Fruit Base: In a large bowl, combine frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and ice. Toss to mix.
  2. Blend the Cocktail: Add pineapple juice, rum (if using), and lime juice to the bowl. Sweeten with agave nectar or simple syrup.
  3. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until smooth and slushy. Add more pineapple juice if too thick, or more frozen berries/ice if too thin.
  4. Assemble and Serve: Pour into chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh blueberries, strawberry slices, and lime wedges. Serve immediately.
