Million Dollar Pie: The Ultimate Recipe and Guide

Easy, no-bake Million Dollar Pie with a creamy, tangy lemon filling in a graham cracker crust. A perfect dessert for any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for garnish
  • Optional: Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and thawed whipped topping. Gently fold together until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Gently fold until evenly distributed. Taste and adjust lemon juice or vanilla extract to your preference.
  3. Assemble the Pie: Pour the filling into the graham cracker pie crust, distributing evenly. Smooth the top with a spatula or spoon.
  4. Chill and Set: Cover the pie loosely with plastic wrap or foil (making sure it doesn’t touch the filling). Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, garnish with graham cracker crumbs, lemon slices, whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries, if desired. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor.
  • Don’t overmix the filling to maintain a light and airy texture.
  • Chilling the pie thoroughly is essential for proper setting.
  • Feel free to experiment with different flavors and variations, such as chocolate, coconut, key lime, strawberry, or peanut butter.
  • Store leftover pie in the refrigerator, covered tightly, for up to 3 days.
