  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble and brown the ground turkey. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Ranch Flavor: Reduce heat to low. Add the ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  3. Incorporate the Cheese and Onion: Add the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped red onion to the turkey mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted.
  4. Mix in the Bacon: Gently fold in the cooked and crumbled turkey bacon.
  5. Set Aside: Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Slice the Buns: Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  7. Prepare the Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and dried parsley.
  8. Brush the Buns: Brush the cut sides of both the top and bottom slider buns with the butter mixture.
  9. Spread the Mayonnaise and Mustard: On the bottom halves of the slider buns, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  10. Pile on the Turkey Mixture: Evenly distribute the turkey mixture among the bottom halves of the slider buns.
  11. Top with the Bun Tops: Carefully place the top halves of the slider buns on top of the turkey mixture.
  12. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  13. Arrange the Sliders: Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  14. Bake the Sliders: Bake the sliders in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  15. Serve Immediately: Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Spice it Up: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the turkey mixture for a little extra heat.
  • Cheese Variations: Experiment with different types of cheese, such as pepper jack, Monterey Jack, or provolone.
  • Add Some Veggies: Add some chopped bell peppers or mushrooms to the turkey mixture for extra flavor and nutrients.
  • Use Different Buns: Try using Hawaiian rolls or pretzel buns for a unique twist.
  • Make it a Meal: Serve the sliders with a side of coleslaw, potato salad, or french fries for a complete meal.
  • Make Ahead: You can assemble the sliders ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake them. Just add a few extra minutes to the baking time.
  • Ranch Dressing on Top: Drizzle a little extra ranch dressing on top of the sliders after baking for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Storing Leftovers: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until heated through.
